Prince Harry arrives at court for appeal over security procedures
Prince Harry was all smiles as he was spotted arriving at the Royal Courts of Justice in London this morning, however he stayed very quiet when one reported asked him a simple question. The Duke of Sussex, 43, who was wearing a dark suit with a blue patterned tie, walked through Bell Yard with police protection.
Despite waving at reporters, Harry ignored a reporter who asked “Did you speak to your dad?”. The Duke's appearance today in London is the first time he has visited the UK in over six months and he is here to attend his High Court security case hearing.

This latest move comes as the father-of-two is continuing the legal battle with the Home Office which he began in 2020 after a decision was made by the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (Ravec) that he should receive a different degree of taxpayer-funded protection when in the country.
This decision was made after Harry, 40, and his wife Meghan Markle quit their royal duties and moved to the US during that same period.
The High Court was told that the decision was made due to a change in the Duke's "status" after he stopped being a "full-time working member of the Royal Family".

In a judgment in February last year, retired High Court judge Sir Peter Lane rejected the Duke's case and concluded Ravec's approach was not irrational nor procedurally unfair.
However, Harry appealed against the ruling last year, with this appeal now set to be heard in court in London on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Harry has previously said that he does not feel like it is safe at the moment to bring his wife Meghan Markle, 43, and their two children, Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three, to the UK.
It is not known whether Harry managed to see the King yesterday before the monarch jetted off on a State Visit in Rome, Italy. It is believed Harry hasn't seen his dad in person since February 2024 when the King's cancer diagnosis was announced.
